Senior Mobile Developer (Android)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Mobile Developer specialized in Android to join our engineering team. You will collaborate closely with cross‑functional groups and clients to design, build, and maintain high‑quality mobile applications using modern Kotlin‑based technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop scalable Android apps with Kotlin and Jetpack Compose.
• Design and implement robust architectures such as MVVM.
• Create smooth, intuitive user experiences with thoughtful UX patterns.
• Write clean, testable code and maintain strong unit and UI test coverage.
• Own features from development through deployment and ongoing maintenance.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver high‑impact solutions.
• Participate in architectural and design discussions.
• Identify, diagnose, and resolve production issues.
• Apply best practices like test‑driven development, continuous delivery, and performance monitoring.

Required profile

• Proficient in Kotlin with exposure to Kotlin Multiplatform.
• Experience building declarative UIs using Jetpack Compose (and Compose Multiplatform where applicable).
• Strong understanding of asynchronous programming with Coroutines or RxJava.
• Solid grasp of MVVM and other software architecture patterns.
• Experience with unit and UI testing practices and tools.
• Knowledge of service‑oriented architectures, design patterns, and core data structures.
• Comfortable working in cross‑functional, feature‑focused teams.
• Ability to collaborate with clients to refine technical requirements.
• Familiarity with test‑driven development and continuous delivery.
• Awareness of performance and operational considerations in app development.
