Senior Mechanical Process Engineer – Automation & Manufacturing

About the role

Keenfinity Group is seeking a Senior Mechanical Process Engineer to lead the development and automation of mechanical manufacturing processes for its diverse product portfolio. You will work closely with global R&D centres and multidisciplinary project teams to ensure high‑quality, reliable, and safe production systems.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and optimise mechanical manufacturing processes for materials such as plastics, sheet metal, stainless steel and die‑cast components.
• Design and configure CAD models using ProE/CREO and support machine‑building activities.
• Define and implement automation solutions, including pneumatic systems and operator‑machine interfaces.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Ensure compliance with quality, reliability and safety standards by creating safety interfaces.
• Participate in multidisciplinary project teams and coordinate with R&D centres worldwide.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics.
• 7–10 years of experience in mechanical process engineering, preferably in the assembly or electronics industry.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing principles, Lean manufacturing, and problem‑solving methods (8D, 5 Whys).
• Experience with machine safety standards and automation technologies.
• Proactive, responsible and resilient attitude.
