Product Manager – Heat Pump Water Heaters

About the role

As a Product Manager for next‑generation heat pump water heaters within Bosch Home Comfort, you will shape innovative, sustainable solutions for residential heating and hot‑water systems. You will drive product strategy and support the development of energy‑efficient technologies that contribute to decarbonisation and smart‑home innovation in global markets.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive mid‑ and long‑term product strategies for future heat pump water‑heater platforms.
• Identify business opportunities and lead pre‑development initiatives for innovative product solutions.
• Translate complex technical requirements and trade‑offs into compelling, customer‑oriented value propositions.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to continuously improve the product portfolio.
• Represent market and customer perspectives throughout development and go‑to‑market projects.
• Collaborate closely with international cross‑functional teams including engineering, sales, marketing, and R&D.
• Contribute to regulatory and legislative discussions related to sustainable heating technologies.
• Support the development of connected, digitalised, and energy‑efficient home‑comfort solutions.

Required profile

• Master’s degree or higher in Management or Engineering.
• At least 3 years of product‑management experience, preferably in HVAC, renewable energy, or related sectors.
• Proven ability to work in cross‑functional, international environments.
• Strong analytical mindset and customer‑focused approach.
