Senior Logistics Manager

About the role

Mace is delivering a multibillion‑euro, multi‑modal transport infrastructure programme in Lisbon. We are looking for a Senior Logistics Manager to lead the logistics and construction methodology aspects of this landmark project, ensuring safe, efficient site operations and seamless coordination across all stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead logistics teams to deliver safe and efficient site operations.
• Oversee daily activities, workforce levels and performance reporting.
• Produce progress reports covering programme status, risks and change.
• Manage scope, change control and stakeholder coordination.
• Maintain strong Tier 1 supplier relationships.
• Ensure effective delivery bookings, material flows and site services.
• Coordinate health, safety and environmental compliance.
• Drive efficiency through alternative methods, waste control and asset management.

Required profile

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• First Aid at Work – Level 3 certification.
• Fire warden training.
• CITB TWSTC – Temporary Works Supervisor training.
• NRSWA – New Roads and Street Works (Operative) certification.
• Asbestos awareness – Category A.
