Senior HR Manager, Performance Management

About the role

The Senior HR Manager, Performance Management will lead the design, implementation, governance, and continuous improvement of our global performance management framework. Based in our Global Business Services centre in Porto, you will partner with HR Business Partners, business leaders, Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development, and executive leadership to embed a high‑performance culture across the enterprise.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the global performance management process and operating model, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and values.
• Own the annual and mid‑year performance cycles, driving consistency, quality, and compliance across all functions and geographies.
• Design and cascade enterprise objectives into measurable employee goals, promoting effective use of OKRs, KPIs, or similar frameworks.
• Lead enterprise calibration and talent differentiation processes, providing guidance to senior leaders and analyzing rating distributions for bias or inflation.
• Build and maintain performance dashboards, metrics, and reporting tools to deliver actionable insights to the business.
• Continuously evaluate and modernize performance practices based on business needs and external best practices.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in HR performance management at a corporate or global level.
• Proven ability to partner with senior business leaders and drive governance standards.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to influence HR processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
