Senior Graphic Designer - Paid Advertisement

About the role

Binance’s Global Creative Team is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to shape brand, social and paid‑advertising visuals for a fast‑growing cryptocurrency platform. You will work closely with the video team and cross‑functional partners to turn complex crypto concepts into compelling visual stories.

Key responsibilities

• Design brand and marketing assets for digital channels, including social media, paid ads and video storyboards.
• Collaborate with brand, creative and paid teams to maintain visual continuity across projects.
• Translate crypto, trading and investing ideas into clear visual narratives that follow brand guidelines.
• Produce storyboards and visual assets for animation and editing.
• Test, iterate and optimise design formats based on performance data.
• Build and maintain reusable templates and component libraries for rapid deployment.
• Leverage AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, Runway) to accelerate image and video production.

Required profile

• 5+ years of graphic design experience in agency, in‑house or startup environments, with a strong focus on marketing design.
• Proven ability to handle ambiguous briefs and deliver clear, high‑impact visual solutions.
• Excellent organisational skills and capacity to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• Strong portfolio showcasing systematic brand work and high‑quality campaign execution.

Required skills

• Full proficiency in Figma, including components and plugins.
• Hands‑on experience with AI generation tools such as Midjourney, Runway, Higgsfield or similar.
• Knowledge of animation and motion‑graphics principles.
• Storyboarding and visual storytelling expertise.
• Mastery of typography, colour theory, layout, hierarchy and composition.
• Understanding of paid‑media algorithms, performance‑marketing formats and conversion‑focused design.
