Senior Functional Tester

About the role

Emagine is looking for a Senior Functional Tester to ensure the functionality, reliability, and overall quality of new and existing features within the Miles platform. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams in an Agile environment to deliver high‑quality releases.

Key responsibilities

• Design, document, and execute functional test scenarios and test cases.
• Analyze business and functional requirements and translate them into structured test approaches.
• Detect, document, and follow up on defects in close collaboration with development teams.
• Contribute to test automation initiatives and help improve automation frameworks.
• Support integration, regression, and performance testing activities.
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and product teams to ensure high‑quality releases.
• Safeguard QA standards and best practices, and contribute to continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 5+ years of functional testing experience in an enterprise software product environment.
• Proven experience testing complex platforms, preferably ERP systems.
• Strong knowledge of test design techniques and structured testing methodologies.
• Experience with test automation tools and frameworks.
• Familiarity with integration testing and performance/load testing.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate closely with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Leadership mindset with mentoring capabilities.
• Experience working in an Agile setup.
• Fluent English.
