Senior Full Stack Engineer (React, Next.js, NestJS)

About the role

KCS IT is seeking a senior full‑stack engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications for a variety of clients. You will work in a hybrid setting, collaborating with cross‑functional teams while spending at least one day per week in the Lisbon office.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and enhance front‑end features using React and Next.js.
• Build robust back‑end services with NestJS.
• Ensure code quality, performance, and maintainability across the full stack.
• Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning.
• Collaborate with designers, product owners, and other engineers to deliver client solutions.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience with React.
• At least 3 years of experience using Next.js.
• At least 3 years of experience with NestJS.
• Strong understanding of both front‑end and back‑end development concepts.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English.
