Senior Fraud Risk Consultant

About the role

Feedzai is looking for a Senior Fraud Risk Consultant to act as the trusted advisor for its Fraud and Digital Trust solutions. You will work closely with financial institutions to help them detect and prevent financial crime using AI‑driven technology.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the subject‑matter expert for fraud and digital trust domains, both internally and with clients.
• Document and present research and analysis findings to stakeholders.
• Monitor deployment performance indicators and ensure KPI targets are met.
• Support workshops, solution development, and implementation activities.
• Collaborate with Integration Consultants to align requirements and solution design.
• Assist project teams with end‑user training and system documentation.
• Provide input on enhancement requests and defect reports.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in Financial Services focusing on fraud and digital risk.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Proven risk analysis and customer‑facing experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to travel 5‑10% of the time.
