Capital Projects Financial Analyst

About the role

Join Haleon as a Capital Projects Financial Analyst to partner with finance teams, support strategic decision‑making, and manage capital financial planning, reporting, and controls.

Key responsibilities

• CAPEX budget and CMF planning with weekly/monthly reporting to site and North America.
• ePIP system administration for capital project approvals.
• Monitor financial results, analyze trends, and produce timely GAAP‑compliant reports.
• Support capital purchases, invoice resolution, and AUC monitoring.
• Manage asset creation, capitalization, and related documentation and approvals.
• Handle asset disposals, transfers, impairments, and associated paperwork.
• Execute month‑end closing activities with WBS analysis for accurate cost allocation and accruals.
• Maintain communication with regions, operating units, and sites; provide input on investments and implementation plans.

Required profile

• BS in Accounting (4‑year degree); CPA or CMA preferred.
• 5+ years of financial management experience, preferably leading a finance/accounting group.
• Subject‑matter expertise in cost accounting and capital management accounts.
• Strong knowledge of SAP, Sierra, and MS Office.
• Ability to analyze results, investments and make sound financial recommendations.
