Senior Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

This remote senior position is focused on performance‑driven digital marketing, turning search intent and campaign data into measurable business growth. You will own paid search, SEO and contribute across paid social, content and website optimisation for an international Australian business.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimise Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns, controlling budgets against cost‑per‑lead and cost‑per‑sale targets.
• Develop and execute technical, on‑page, content and off‑page SEO initiatives.
• Maintain accurate conversion tracking, lead attribution, campaign reporting and performance measurement.
• Support paid social campaigns through Meta Ads Manager and create copy for ads, blogs, landing pages and organic social content.
• Analyse campaign and website performance and translate insights into actionable recommendations.

Required profile

• 5+ years of relevant digital marketing experience.
• Hands‑on experience managing Google Ads campaigns with measurable ROI.
• Strong experience across technical, on‑page and content SEO.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and performance optimisation skills.
