Senior DevOps Engineer

About the role

Intellias is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to help a Fortune 100 industrial manufacturer modernize its cloud‑based services and data products. You will work with cross‑functional teams delivering scalable APIs, event‑driven services, and analytics pipelines that support quoting, ordering, telemetry, diagnostics, and lifecycle management for heavy equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, deploy, and maintain automated infrastructure solutions on AWS for a large engineering organization.
• Develop and manage complex CI/CD pipelines using Azure Pipelines or equivalent tools.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code with CloudFormation, SAM, and Serverless Framework.
• Collaborate with development teams to simplify and automate deployment processes.
• Provide troubleshooting and debugging across infrastructure, networking, security, and pipelines.
• Produce reusable artifacts, documentation, and onboarding material for internal teams.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in large‑scale AWS environments.
• Strong hands‑on expertise with core AWS services (IAM, VPC, API Gateway, ELB, RDS).
• Proficiency in Python and Bash for automation.
• Ability to work autonomously, learn new tools quickly, and communicate effectively in English.
• Availability to overlap 6 hours with US Central Time on business days.
