Senior CyberSecurity Specialist

About the role

YellowIpe is looking for a Senior CyberSecurity Specialist to lead strategic security initiatives in a highly regulated financial environment. You will work closely with technical, business, and executive teams to protect on‑premises and cloud assets.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive cybersecurity strategy across critical corporate systems.
• Manage information‑security demands, coordinating with infrastructure, networking, cloud, and development teams.
• Identify, mitigate, and monitor security risks in both on‑premises and cloud environments.
• Coordinate incident‑response processes, vulnerability analysis, and remediation plans.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory standards, and industry best practices for the financial sector.
• Support governance, access management, data protection, and business‑continuity initiatives.
• Monitor audits, executive reports, and security KPIs, acting as a technical reference for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience in cybersecurity, preferably within banking or other highly regulated sectors.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication skills for interaction with both technical staff and executive stakeholders.
• Fluency in English is a plus.
