B2B Technical Support Specialist (English & Spanish/Portuguese)

About the role

Ventrata is looking for a B2B Technical Support Specialist to assist its SaaS clients in the travel and attractions sector. You will act as the first point of contact for customers, helping them resolve technical issues and ensuring a smooth ticketing experience.

Key responsibilities

• Improve the overall customer experience by proactively identifying and solving problems.
• Work directly with clients and their staff to diagnose issues and recommend solutions.
• Recreate, troubleshoot, and independently investigate reported problems.
• Collaborate with development teams to log errors and report bugs via the internal helpdesk.
• Manage support channels including Ventrata Chat, Slack and the Helpdesk system.
• Assist with client onboarding and data uploads.
• Provide ad‑hoc support to internal teams as needed.

Required profile

• Motivated by challenging problems and eager to learn new technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent English (B2) and Portuguese or Spanish (C1); Italian is a plus.
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a distributed team.
• Based in Europe.
