Senior Cyber Security Specialist – DevSecOps

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Cyber Security Specialist to strengthen our application security posture across development teams in Lisbon and Porto. The role focuses on vulnerability management, secure coding guidance, and automation of DevSecOps controls.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse and remediate application vulnerabilities, ensuring accurate classification and exploitation understanding.
• Assess developers’ use of Fortify and Nexus IQ, guaranteeing alignment with the software development lifecycle and scan coverage.
• Coach and challenge development teams on secure coding best practices and the effective use of security tools.
• Design and implement automation scripts to enhance DevSecOps effectiveness and reduce manual effort.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience in application security and secure coding.
• Proficiency in English (minimum B2); French is a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to communicate complex security concepts to developers.
