Senior Creative Designer

About the role

Enovis is seeking a Senior Creative Designer to join its Digital Center of Excellence in Lisbon. The role combines high‑impact visual design with strategic thinking to shape the company’s global brand and deliver compelling creative across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Design high‑impact assets for digital, print, events, social media, presentations and campaigns.
• Translate business and marketing objectives into visual solutions that enhance the brand.
• Develop creative concepts from strategy through final execution and present design rationale to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with writers, marketers, product teams and other partners to create integrated campaigns.
• Maintain brand consistency while identifying opportunities to innovate and modernize visual expression.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a senior‑level creative designer with a strong portfolio.
• Ability to think strategically and communicate design decisions confidently.
• Excellent collaboration skills and a detail‑oriented mindset.
