Visual Communication & UI Designer

About the role

Decskill is looking for a Visual Communication & UI Designer to create compelling visual assets and user‑friendly interfaces for global campaigns and digital products. You will work with international stakeholders across Lisbon, Porto and Madrid, contributing to high‑impact technology initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Graphic Design, Communication Design or a related field.
• Strong experience in visual communication and graphic design for global awareness campaigns.
• Ability to produce engaging materials for intranet, SharePoint, social media and newsletters.
• Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with international teams.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite – especially Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Strong proficiency in Figma for UI design.
• Solid understanding of graphic design principles, typography, layout and visual hierarchy.
• Knowledge of user‑centred design, Design Thinking and current web‑design trends.
