About the role
Bounce is looking for a Product Designer to shape the experience of its consumer and partner‑facing platforms across web and mobile. You will join a cross‑functional pod, collaborate with product managers and engineers, and receive mentorship from senior designers.
Key responsibilities
- Design end‑to‑end user interfaces using Figma and AI‑assisted tools.
- Maintain and evolve Bounce’s design system for consistency across all surfaces.
- Conduct user interviews, usability tests, and analyze quantitative data to uncover pain points.
- Partner with product managers to define problem statements, constraints, and success metrics.
- Work closely with engineers to ensure design feasibility and technical alignment.
- Present design concepts in jam sessions and articulate decision rationale.
Required profile
- 3+ years of product design experience with a portfolio that showcases UX thinking.
- Strong attention to detail and a user‑centred mindset.
- Ability to ask critical questions, challenge assumptions, and develop a personal design voice.
