Senior Content & Communications Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Content & Communications Manager to shape and elevate a global communication ecosystem for our partner company. Based in Portugal and working in a flexible remote environment, you will define strategies that strengthen market positioning, boost customer engagement and support commercial growth across brand, product marketing, editorial content, website messaging and social channels.

Key responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve multi‑channel content and communication strategy across product marketing, brand, editorial, website, social media, case studies, newsletters and presentations.
• Develop content roadmaps, set priorities, manage communication calendars and ensure execution aligned with business objectives.
• Create, edit and optimise high‑quality communication materials while maintaining brand voice and editorial standards.
• Translate technical product information into clear, compelling narratives that drive commercial value.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, sales, partnerships, design, SEO and external agencies to ensure alignment across all channels.
• Maintain website communication quality, support landing‑page improvements and ensure conversion‑focused messaging.
• Oversee PR activities, coordinate social‑media communication and apply SEO optimisation principles.
• Research industry trends, competitor strategies and innovative storytelling formats to continuously improve practices.
• Establish organised content operations through tracking systems, reporting structures and cross‑functional workflows.

Required profile

• Proven experience in content management, communications, product marketing or a similar strategic communication role.
• Proactive communication leader with strong industry knowledge and excellent writing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives independently and work collaboratively across functions.
