About the role

Join a leading global real‑estate services firm as a Senior Consultant in Valuation & Advisory. You will lead strategic valuation projects across diverse sectors, delivering actionable insights and building lasting client relationships in Portugal.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute property valuation projects and portfolio analyses across multiple asset classes.
• Conduct site inspections and review territorial planning documentation.
• Prepare market, feasibility, and investment reports to support strategic decision‑making.
• Ensure full compliance with RICS, CMVM, and internal valuation standards.
• Present valuation results, methodologies, and key value drivers to clients and stakeholders.
• Manage project timelines, prioritize tasks, and ensure on‑time, high‑quality delivery.
• Support market research and contribute to internal data and intelligence systems.
• Collaborate with other business lines to strengthen integrated advisory solutions.

Required profile

• Degree or Master’s in Architecture, Engineering, Economics, Management, Data Science, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in valuation and advisory, with strong knowledge of the Portuguese real‑estate market.
• Analytical, detail‑oriented, proactive problem‑solver.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
• Curious, tech‑savvy, and committed to client‑focused solutions.
