Senior Communication Generalist – Europe

About the role

As a Senior Communication Generalist for Europe, you will shape CEVA's corporate story, strengthen brand reputation and build strong relationships with internal and external audiences. Based in Alges, you will operate within the Media Relations and Corporate Content unit of a leading logistics company.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute communication strategies aligned with CEVA’s business objectives across the European market.
• Create, edit and manage corporate content such as press releases, media briefs, speeches, newsletters and digital communications.
• Lead media‑relations activities, cultivating relationships with journalists, media outlets and industry influencers.
• Collaborate with marketing, logistics operations and executive teams to ensure consistent messaging.
• Monitor communication performance using metrics and feedback, adjusting tactics to maximise impact.
• Mentor junior communication professionals and promote a culture of continuous learning.
• Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory changes and competitive activities affecting logistics and communications in Europe.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in corporate communication or public relations, preferably in logistics or transportation.
• Exceptional writing, editing and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information.
• Strong understanding of media relations, digital communication channels and content management processes.
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement strategic communication plans on schedule.
• Fluent English; additional European languages are an advantage.
• Comfort working in a multicultural environment and adapting communication style to diverse audiences.

Required skills
