Senior Civil Engineer – Civil Site Design

About the role

CSA Group is seeking an experienced Senior Civil Engineer to lead civil‑site design activities within a fast‑paced, multidisciplinary environment. You will work closely with MEP, structural, and architecture teams to deliver robust infrastructure solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop sketches, diagrams, design alternatives, calculations, permitting and construction drawings under supervision.
• Assist with project scope, schedule, budget, documentation, submittals, quality, communications and coordination across disciplines.
• Collaborate with MEP, structural engineering and architecture departments on multi‑disciplinary projects.
• Participate in client and project meetings, and support report writing and contract document development.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in design and planning of multi‑disciplinary engineering projects, including civil‑site work.
• PE license required.
• Strong analytical, communication and independent work abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AutoCAD.
• Proficiency with Civil 3D.
• Knowledge of current codes and standards.
