Senior Change Management Consultant – French & English

About the role

Aubay Portugal is seeking a Senior Change Management Consultant who is fluent in French and English. The role focuses on delivering change initiatives for banking and financial clients, coaching teams, and driving transformation within a consulting environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate change management projects for banking and international financial groups.
• Provide certified coaching to client teams and internal consultants.
• Develop and nurture consulting teams, ensuring high‑performance delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement change strategies that align with business objectives.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in change management.
• Certified Coach with proven coaching experience.
• Demonstrated experience in the banking sector or with international financial institutions.
• Strong background in building and developing consulting teams.
• Proficiency in English (B2) and French (B2).
