Senior Buyer – Logistics (French Speaking)

About the role

We are a global procurement and supply‑chain services provider expanding our European hub in Lisbon. We seek a Senior Buyer with logistics expertise who is fluent in French and English to lead strategic sourcing for major international clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead sourcing initiatives across the logistics category, including air, ocean, road freight, warehousing, distribution and courier services.
• Manage the full tender lifecycle (RFI/RFP), conduct supplier evaluations, perform cost analysis, negotiate contracts and ensure successful award.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver optimized sourcing solutions.
• Develop and maintain strategic supplier relationships that drive performance, innovation and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional, multicultural teams in an international environment.

Required profile

• Fluency in French and English (mandatory).
• 5+ years of procurement or strategic sourcing experience within the logistics category.
• Strong negotiation capabilities and proven experience leading tenders.
• Background in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, Economics or a related field.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and thrive in a fast‑paced, global setting.
