About the role
Feedzai is looking for a senior analyst engineer to lead its Intelligence Management function within the Product Operations team. You will turn operational data into trustworthy intelligence that drives product decisions and reduces manual overhead.
Key responsibilities
- Design, build and operate signals, dashboards and automated insights that leaders can consume directly.
- Own data quality, ensuring every metric is accurate, traceable and documented.
- Partner with product, engineering and delivery leaders to translate data into decision‑ready narratives and challenge assumptions with evidence.
- Develop AI‑driven workflows that trigger alerts, automate governance and reclaim analyst time.
- Set standards for AI‑assisted analytics and promote best practices across the team.
Required profile
- 5–7 years of experience in data analytics, decision intelligence or analytics engineering, preferably in fast‑paced B2B product environments.
- Strong financial acumen with understanding of ROI, cost and margin metrics.
- Proven ability to work autonomously on ambiguous, high‑impact problems and drive end‑to‑end adoption.
- Excellent communication skills, able to influence senior stakeholders without authority.
Required skills
- SQL (performance‑tuned queries)
- Python, especially Pandas for data manipulation
- Data modelling, pipelines and ETL processes
- BI tools such as Looker and collaborative platforms (Google Suite, Confluence, Jira)
- Experience with AI/GenAI workflows and automation
