Senior Software Engineer - Frontend

About the role

Join Five9’s fast‑growing AI team to build high‑performance web platforms that bring cutting‑edge AI technologies to customers. You will work closely with UX designers and product owners to deliver scalable, reliable frontend solutions for cloud contact‑center applications.

Key responsibilities

• Implement UX designs using a React/Redux framework in collaboration with UX designers.
• Develop custom widgets for dashboards via Google Looker Studio plugins.
• Contribute to an agile team building a scalable, highly available application platform on GCP.
• Participate in requirements analysis, grooming, and architectural discussions.
• Leverage PaaS components such as CDN and NoSQL databases to ensure scalability and reliability.
• Document and communicate architecture and implementation decisions clearly.
• Own production code, including on‑call duties, troubleshooting, and uptime monitoring.
