Senior Account Manager (CRM) – Oporto or Lisbon

About the role

As a Senior Account Manager specializing in CRM, you will drive the company’s growth strategy in Portugal by expanding market presence and deepening client relationships. You will work with a portfolio of existing customers while prospecting new opportunities to deliver Microsoft‑based business solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect commercially, qualify leads and build a robust sales pipeline.
• Manage and nurture an existing customer portfolio, identifying upsell and cross‑sell opportunities.
• Develop lasting partnerships and ensure high levels of customer and prospect satisfaction.
• Lead proposal preparation, negotiate service terms and close deals.
• Contribute to the creation and execution of the annual marketing plan.
• Strengthen relationships with key technology partners.

Required profile

• Degree in Management, Management Informatics or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar senior sales/account role.
• Proven track record selling CRM solutions.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Adaptable, resilient and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Team‑player with strong commercial acumen.
