About the role
This fully remote position is for a sales‑driven professional who will be the first dedicated Account Executive for a fast‑growing B2B SaaS company operating in the performance‑marketing ecosystem. You will own the entire customer lifecycle, from prospecting to closing, onboarding and expanding accounts, while working closely with executive leadership.
Key responsibilities
- Own and manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, outreach, demos, negotiations and closing new business opportunities.
- Develop and grow long‑term customer relationships through onboarding, retention, upselling and account expansion initiatives.
- Build and optimise sales infrastructure, including CRM setup, outreach workflows and sales playbooks.
- Collaborate with leadership to refine ideal customer profiles, messaging and sales strategies based on market feedback.
- Maintain accurate pipeline visibility, forecasting and reporting for revenue planning.
- Gather customer insights and communicate market feedback to support product development and roadmap decisions.
- Identify new business opportunities within performance marketing, affiliate, lead generation and call‑center sectors.
Required profile
- 3+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience in performance‑marketing, affiliate networks, lead generation or call‑center environments.
- Proven outbound sales success with a strong hunter mentality and consistent closing record.
- Experience managing complex, multi‑stakeholder sales cycles in recurring‑revenue models.
- Strong understanding of performance‑marketing KPIs (CPL, EPC, ROAS) and ability to communicate ROI.
- Comfortable in fast‑paced, early‑stage environments with high ownership expectations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
