Scrum Master (French Speaker) – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a Scrum Master who is fluent in French and English to join our remote team in Portugal. You will guide cross‑functional teams through Agile practices, ensuring smooth delivery of technology projects for our diverse client base.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand‑ups, Sprint Review and Retrospective.
• Coach and mentor teams on Agile best practices and help them continuously improve.
• Identify and remove impediments that hinder team progress.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners to maintain a clear and prioritized backlog.
• Track sprint metrics and report on team performance.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a Scrum Master.
• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks, especially Scrum.
• Scrum Master certification (PSM I/II, CSM or equivalent) is a plus.
• Fluent in English and French (B2 level or higher).
• Eligible to work in Portugal (citizen or valid work permit).
