Scrum Master – Agile Project Manager

About the role

Capgemini Engineering is looking for a Scrum Master / Project Manager with at least three years of experience to join its multidisciplinary Agile teams. You will help deliver innovative engineering and digital solutions while fostering a collaborative, value‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as Daily Stand‑ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews and Retrospectives.
• Coach and support multidisciplinary teams in adopting Agile practices.
• Identify, remove, and follow up on impediments to ensure smooth delivery.
• Monitor team performance using metrics and simple reporting.
• Analyze the relationship between team practices and delivery outcomes.
• Propose and track continuous‑improvement initiatives based on data.
• Promote Agile best practices and support the growth of team maturity.
• Anticipate risks, dependencies and blockers, managing them until resolution.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Project Manager.
• Scrum Master certification (PSM I or CSM).
• Strong understanding of Agile principles and a continuous‑improvement mindset.
• Analytical, problem‑solving attitude with solid technical knowledge to interact with development teams.
• Proactive ownership, strong communication and facilitation skills.
• Team‑player with a collaborative approach and a desire for continuous learning.
