SAP Financial Administrator (French Speaker) – Porto

About the role

Aubay Portugal is seeking a senior SAP Financial Administrator with French language skills to join its Porto office. You will be responsible for the functional administration of financial consolidation processes, supporting a range of EPM tools and ensuring smooth quarterly closings.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and maintain SAP Financial Consolidation (SAP FC) and related EPM tools.
• Manage quarterly closing cycles, exchange rate updates, scopes, and security modules.
• Provide Level 1 support, troubleshoot application issues, and ensure system stability.
• Collaborate with finance and IT stakeholders to align consolidation processes with IFRS standards.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience as a Functional Administrator in financial consolidation.
• Fluent in English and French (minimum B2 level).
• Eligibility to work in Portugal (citizen or valid work permit).
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder‑management abilities.

Required skills

• SAP Financial Consolidation (SAP FC)
• Experience with EPM tools such as Hyperion, Oracle EPM, Tagetik or OneStream
• Deep knowledge of SAP Financial modules focused on consolidation
• Understanding of accounting principles, consolidation processes and IFRS standards
