Salesforce Administrator & CX Systems Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Salesforce Administrator & CX Systems Specialist to own and operate the customer support technology stack for a fast‑growing fintech and cryptocurrency platform. The role combines hands‑on Salesforce Service Cloud administration with responsibility for the telephony and contact‑center roadmap.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Salesforce Service Cloud objects, fields, page layouts, flows, validation rules and permissions.
• Troubleshoot user issues, perform routine maintenance and ensure data hygiene.
• Support integrations between Salesforce and other support tools, and evaluate new Salesforce releases.
• Own the telephony and contact‑center roadmap, including CTI integration, call routing and IVR design.
• Manage vendor relationships and coordinate telephony rollouts with minimal disruption.
• Build and maintain dashboards on support performance (volume, response times, resolution rates, CSAT) and deliver regular reports.
• Identify trends and flag operational issues based on data insights.

Required profile

• 2+ years of hands‑on Salesforce administration experience, preferably with Service Cloud.
• Experience with a contact‑center or telephony platform (e.g., Amazon Connect, Five9, Twilio Flex, NICE, Genesys).
• Proven ability to create reports and dashboards in Salesforce or similar BI tools.
• Strong cross‑functional communication skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams.
• Based in LATAM or Europe.
