Sales Specialist – French & German (Remote, EU)

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual Sales Specialist fluent in French, German and English to join our international payments team. Working remotely from anywhere in the EU, you will represent our brand, engage with prospects and help drive new contracts across the financial sector.

Key responsibilities

• Close deals, upsell solutions and generate new contracts with prospective clients.
• Guide customers through the digital onboarding process to ensure a smooth experience.
• Handle inbound calls and chats, providing personalized support to prospects and existing customers.
• Act as the voice of the brand, delivering a professional and positive image.
• Maintain accurate administrative records of client interactions and relationships.

Required profile

• Fluent in French, German and English (written and spoken).
• Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus; training is offered for the right candidate.
• Strong communication skills, quick thinking and a solution‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to work predetermined shifts and adhere to schedule regardless of time‑zone differences.
• Located within the EEA, with a stable high‑speed internet connection and a private workspace.
