Sales Representative – Algarve

About the role

Join Holidu’s fast‑growing vacation‑rental tech team as a Sales Representative based in the Algarve. You will act as a brand ambassador, reaching out to property owners to demonstrate how Holidu’s platform can boost their bookings while providing an exceptional experience for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect vacation‑rental owners through cold calling and face‑to‑face meetings.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract signing.
• Track activities rigorously and meet monthly sales targets.
• Travel regularly within your focus region to gather market insights.
• Support onboarding of new team members and share best practices across international sales teams.
• Help organise events that promote Holidu and build a community of hosts.

Required profile

• Highly self‑motivated with strong persuasion skills on phone and in person.
• Positive, solution‑driven mindset and organized work style.
• Near‑native Portuguese and fluent English communication abilities.
• Valid driver’s licence.
• Preferred but not mandatory: prior experience in sales, account management, travel industry or online business.
