About the role

Deel is looking for an Enterprise Sales Development Representative to help expand its footprint in new accounts. You will work closely with the sales team to identify, qualify, and nurture leads across multiple contacts and levels within target customer segments.

Key responsibilities

  • Drive growth through inbound and outbound prospecting, generating qualified sales leads.
  • Conduct market research to uncover potential customers and new opportunities.
  • Qualify leads by understanding their onboarding approach and needs.
  • Collaborate with the broader sales team to develop and refine the sales playbook and technology stack.
  • Educate and develop leads via phone calls, emails, and other outreach methods.

Required profile

  • Strong interest in SaaS sales and ability to impact the company’s bottom line.
  • Willingness to learn from experienced sales professionals.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
