Russian-Speaking Customer Service Agent

About the role

Cross Border Talents is recruiting a Russian-speaking customer service agent for its client, a global leader and one of the largest companies in Portugal, which has been recognised several times as an excellent place to work and as one of the best customer service providers in the country. The agent supports the company's activities by offering high-quality service to customers, including those of prestigious worldwide brands.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and customer inquiries.
• Provide support and guidance to customers and resolve service issues in a timely and empathetic way.
• Maintain accurate records of enquiries, questions and feedback in the customer service database.
• Troubleshoot using open questions, support documents and system training.
• Offer recommendations for common problems and frequently asked questions.

Required profile

• Fluency in Russian (C2 level or native).
• Good knowledge of English (B2/C1 level).
• Typing speed of 25 words per minute.
• Availability to work rotating shifts.
• Previous experience or contact with clients is an advantage.

• Excellent communication, listening and empathy skills.
• Good time management, team spirit and flexibility.
