RF Digital Design Electrical Engineer II – Hybrid (Aguadilla, PR)

About the role

We are seeking an RF Digital Design Electrical Engineer II to join our Collins Aerospace team in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico. The position is hybrid, with three days onsite and two days remote, and requires the candidate to reside in Puerto Rico at start.

Key responsibilities

• Perform full circuit design lifecycle activities, including requirements capture, schematic capture, and design documentation.
• Conduct performance, stability, ESD/Lightning, decoupling, and signal/power integrity analyses.
• Create board stack‑up, routing instructions, and coordinate PCB layout reviews.
• Develop test plans, execute root‑cause analysis, and integrate designs into communication and test systems.
• Design and build engineering and production test systems, interface adapters, cabling, and technical drawings.
• Assist in managing technical, cost, and schedule aspects of projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related STEM field (or advanced degree).
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in RF or digital circuit design.
