Retail Inventory Associate

About the role

We are looking for energetic individuals to join WIS International as Retail Inventory Associates on a part‑time basis. In this active role you will help top retailers keep accurate inventory counts while staying on your feet and moving around store locations.

Key responsibilities

• Count and record retail inventory using handheld scanners.
• Maintain high accuracy and attention to detail throughout each shift.
• Meet productivity targets to qualify for performance‑based pay increases.
• Travel to assigned retail sites and follow safety procedures, including lifting items up to 25 lb.
• Demonstrate company core values of spirit, pride, integrity, results, innovation and teamwork.

Required profile

• At least 18 years old with reliable transportation.
• Strong work ethic, dependable attendance and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Comfortable using handheld technology and able to stand, walk, bend and lift for extended periods.
• No degree required; veterans, career changers and returning workers are encouraged to apply.

Required skills

• Handheld scanner operation.
• Basic inventory counting and math.

What we offer

• Starting wage $11.50‑$13.50 per hour with up to $5.00 per hour performance bonuses.
