About the role

As a Retail Associate you will be the face of the store, ensuring every customer enjoys a positive and engaging shopping experience. You will greet shoppers, keep the sales floor tidy and safe, and help customers find the products they need.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a friendly greeting and assist them throughout their visit.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment, keeping aisles clear and exits unobstructed.
• Operate the cash register and point‑of‑sale (POS) system to process transactions accurately.
• Restock merchandise, ensure proper presentation, and adhere to company visual standards.
• Identify and report any unsafe conditions or incidents to store leadership immediately.
• Collaborate with teammates, recognize peer contributions, and uphold company policies.

Required profile

• Polite, courteous and professional demeanor with customers and colleagues.
• Strong safety awareness and commitment to maintaining a secure shopping environment.
• Ability to work flexible store hours and perform a variety of tasks as needed.
• Team‑oriented mindset with a willingness to help others.

Required skills
