Assistant Store Manager – Retail

About the role

The Assistant Store Manager (ASM) will fully immerse in Pandora’s brand, culture, and product, delivering exceptional customer experiences. The ASM supports the Store Manager, spends quality time on the sales floor, engages with customers, and works alongside the team to drive sales.

• Uphold merchandising and retail operational standards.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience in a high‑performance selling environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to connect with people at all organizational levels.
• Sharp business acumen and analytical thinking.
• Excellent time‑management and delegation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and retail POS systems.
• Minimum age of 18 with proof of identity and work eligibility.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays; ability to stand for long periods and lift 50+ lb.
