Restaurant Server

About the role

Join Kueros Restaurant, part of Driftwood Hospitality Management, as a Restaurant Server. You will be the first point of contact for guests, guiding them through a vibrant breakfast service and an energetic dinner experience while sharing the story behind each dish.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, explain daily specials and promotions.
• Maintain a clean and properly set‑up station before, during, and after shifts.
• Accurately record orders, repeat them for confirmation, and enter them into the Point of Sale (POS) system.
• Retrieve dishes from the kitchen, verify accuracy, and deliver them with appropriate condiments.
• Adhere to all state, federal, and corporate liquor regulations.
• Replenish beverages, monitor guest satisfaction, and promote desserts or specialty coffees.
• Assist bussers with clearing and resetting tables, restock condiments, and perform side‑work.
• Conduct general cleaning tasks using standard hotel cleaning products.
• Present checks promptly and follow all company policies, safety, and fire‑prevention procedures.

Required profile

• Availability to work weekends and flexible AM/PM shifts as assigned.
• Ability to work in a 24/7 hospitality environment with varying shift patterns.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Required skills

• Proficiency with a Point of Sale (POS) system.
