Room Attendant

About the role

Schulte Hospitality Group is looking for a dynamic, service‑oriented Room Attendant to maintain clean and welcoming guest rooms and public areas. The role involves following company standards for sanitation, stocking supplies, and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize rooms and public areas to company‑mandated standards.
• Provide fresh linen, bedding, and towels for each room.
• Restock rooms with soap, tissues, drinking glasses and other amenities.
• Follow all safety and security procedures.
• Identify and report guest items left behind using lost‑and‑found procedures.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel property, services, and surrounding area.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Team player who can exceed guest expectations.
