About the role
Join a leading luxury residential real‑estate firm as a Residential Sales Consultant in Porto. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting high‑value listings to closing deals, while working in a performance‑driven environment.
Key responsibilities
- Prospect the market and secure high‑value residential listings.
- Build, manage and convert a robust pipeline of buyers and sellers.
- Execute bold commercial strategies to maximise revenue.
- Conduct property viewings and deliver compelling client presentations.
- Lead negotiations and manage the brokerage cycle from first contact to closing.
- Consistently meet and exceed quantitative and qualitative sales targets.
Required profile
- 2–3+ years of proven experience in real‑estate brokerage or high‑pressure sales.
- Strong sales DNA with a focus on closing and revenue generation.
- Excellent negotiation, persuasion and relationship‑building abilities.
- Strategic mindset with strong pipeline and opportunity management.
- High autonomy, accountability and resilience.
- Fluent in Portuguese and English; additional languages are a plus.
