Residential Sales Consultant – Porto

About the role

Join a leading luxury residential real‑estate firm as a Residential Sales Consultant in Porto. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting high‑value listings to closing deals, while working in a performance‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect the market and secure high‑value residential listings.
• Build, manage and convert a robust pipeline of buyers and sellers.
• Execute bold commercial strategies to maximise revenue.
• Conduct property viewings and deliver compelling client presentations.
• Lead negotiations and manage the brokerage cycle from first contact to closing.
• Consistently meet and exceed quantitative and qualitative sales targets.

Required profile

• 2–3+ years of proven experience in real‑estate brokerage or high‑pressure sales.
• Strong sales DNA with a focus on closing and revenue generation.
• Excellent negotiation, persuasion and relationship‑building abilities.
• Strategic mindset with strong pipeline and opportunity management.
• High autonomy, accountability and resilience.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English; additional languages are a plus.
