About the role
The Reservations Supervisor oversees the hotel’s room inventory to drive revenue and supports the daily operations of the Reservations Department. This position is essential for maintaining accurate room availability and ensuring smooth reservation processes.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the hotel’s room inventory to maximize rooms revenue.
- Assist in supervising the day‑to‑day activities and duties of the Reservations Department.
Required profile
- Four‑year college degree (any field) required.
- Two‑year college degree plus at least one year of related experience acceptable.
- Two to three years of experience in a hotel or related field acceptable in lieu of a degree.
- Previous supervisory experience preferred.
- Ability to work flexible and long hours when required.
- Physical ability to lift up to 20 lb occasionally and up to 10 lb frequently.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Windows operating system.
- Proficiency with company‑approved spreadsheet software.
- Proficiency with word‑processing applications.
