About the role
Centauro Rent a Car is seeking a proactive and energetic Rental Agent for its Lisbon Airport location. You will be the first point of contact for national and international customers, ensuring a smooth and pleasant rental experience.
Key responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to national and international clients.
- Manage bookings and rental contracts for the vehicle fleet.
- Advise customers and sell additional products according to their needs.
- Handle invoicing, payments, and vehicle check‑in/check‑out procedures.
Required profile
- Previous experience in customer service and sales.
- Advanced level of English.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts (Monday‑Sunday, 5 days a week).
- Valid driving licence.
