About the role
Centauro Rent a Car is seeking a proactive Rental Agent to join its team at Lisbon Airport. You will be the first point of contact for national and international customers, helping them with vehicle reservations, rentals, and related services in a fast‑paced airport environment.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to all clients.
- Manage bookings, rental contracts, and vehicle check‑in/check‑out procedures.
- Promote and sell additional products and services based on customer needs.
- Handle invoicing, payments, and related administrative tasks.
Required profile
- Previous experience in customer service or sales.
- Advanced level of English.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, five days a week, including weekends.
- Valid driving licence.
Required skills
- Strong communication abilities.
- Customer‑oriented mindset.
- Basic computer literacy for reservation systems.
What we offer
- Full‑time permanent position.
- Fixed salary plus incentives and commissions, total compensation €1,200‑€1,500 gross per month.
