Remote French-English Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual French‑English Customer Support Representative to join our global, fully remote team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them resolve technical or order‑related issues through chat, email, and phone.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in French and English via multiple channels.
• Provide step‑by‑step guidance to troubleshoot technical problems and order questions.
• Maintain accurate records of each interaction in our CRM system.
• Share customer feedback to help improve products and processes.
• Collaborate with a supportive remote team to ensure consistent service quality.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar support tools.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems.
