About the role

We are looking for a Remote French Bilingual Customer Support Representative to assist customers from French‑speaking regions via voice calls and live chat. You will provide friendly, empathetic assistance, turning challenges into positive experiences while working from home.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver timely support in French and English through calls and chat.
• Troubleshoot customer issues with a solutions‑first approach.
• Accurately document all interactions.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Calm and solution‑focused under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM systems is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar support tools.
• Knowledge of CRM systems.
