Remote Finance Professional – Up to $80/hr

About the role

Mercor is seeking a Finance Professional to work remotely with its AI research teams. You will apply your financial expertise to evaluate models, review investment projects, and enhance data analysis for cutting‑edge AI initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate financial models and strategies used in hedge funds, private equity, and venture capital.
• Review and provide insights on investment banking and corporate finance projects.
• Collaborate with AI research teams to improve financial data analysis and model outputs.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines and ensure high‑quality financial reasoning in AI‑generated content.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience in hedge funds, private equity, investment banking, equity research, corporate finance, or venture capital.
• Ability to work remotely with a minimum commitment of 10+ hours per week.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
