Remote Car Repair Assistance – Swedish Market

About the role

Join Bosch’s Service Solutions team to provide first‑level technical assistance for cars, light‑goods vehicles (LGV) and heavy‑goods vehicles (HGV) across the Swedish market. You will work remotely or onsite, handling calls, emails and other requests while ensuring fast, accurate support for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to all inbound calls, emails and requests for first‑level technical support.
• Analyse vehicle problems, perform root‑cause analysis and deliver solutions for all brands.
• Follow defined work instructions, escalation procedures and track incidents in the internal incident‑management system.
• Collaborate with other Bosch sites, departments and colleagues involved in the support process.
• Contribute to FAQs and the knowledge database.
• Maintain professional relationships with customers and internal teams.
• Adapt to office‑based or remote work according to business needs.

Required profile

• Completed vocational education as a master mechanic, automotive mechatronics technician, automotive service technician or equivalent.
• 1‑3 years of hands‑on experience in automotive workshops (cars, LGV or HGV).
• Swedish language proficiency at C1 level (oral and written) and English at B2 level.
• Team‑player with a strong service‑and‑solution orientation.
• Methodical troubleshooting approach.
• Basic IT knowledge is an advantage.
• Experience in a customer‑facing role is a plus.
